Works with project managers, executives and senior leaders to create and maintain an operating plan that defines the people, processes, tools and technology required to achieve the strategic vision
Partners with business and technology clients to elicit, analyze, translate and document business requirements into technical requirements
Analyzes, documents and tests program development, logic, process flows and specifications
Partners with clients to conduct user acceptance testing
Documents user manuals to describe application installation and operating procedures
Coordinates the project resources to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget

Build new and maintain existing website functionality from designs provided by UI team
Be able to quickly troubleshoot website issues using web browser developer tools and HTML/CSS/JS to identify issues and propose a fix
Frequently interact with a cross-functional team including product management, development, infrastructure, sales and services

Provide helpdesk support to dealers, corporate and field personnel in regards to applications and IT services
Troubleshoot and log help desk cases using a problem tracking application – Remedy preferred.
Ability to answer 30 to 60 support calls per day
Provide appropriate response to customer inquiries to achieve customer satisfaction
Ability to escalate problems to appropriate personnel to achieve problem resolution
Participate in group meetings, designed to increase knowledge and/or teamwork
Participate in problem management reporting, resolution and documentation in VDI for the help desk and desktop support
Assist management with support for planning, scheduling and user documentation and training

Analyzing and developing .Net 3.0 -4.5 code, C#, SQL and T-SQL
Review, test and document code
Analyze, modify and create advanced SQL statements and queries using T-SQL
Apply and use Web Forms, Entity Framework, MS Enterprise Libraries, MVC and WCF
Perform comprehensive unit tests, creating test cases, acceptance criteria and scripts to provide secure and accurate code

Experience in the field of network engineering, managing large-scale environments
Current Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
Oversee network infrastructure
Supervise a team of network engineers
Assist with the development of standards, policies and procedures related to network infrastructure
Design and implement network environments, devices, configurations and topology
Supervise and audit the installation, monitoring, maintenance, support and optimization of all network devices and software
Serve as the technical lead for network engineering projects
Monitor, analyze and fine-tune the intrusion detection system, firewall, virtual private network (VPN) systems and network logs to identify anomalies and/or potential threats and respond accordingly
Manage firewalls and terminal access controller access-control system (TACACS)
Perform troubleshooting, performance tuning and root cause analysis

Monitor, manage and resolve daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups
Monitor, manage and resolve regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions
Monitor, manage and resolve daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media, recovery tapes or disks are created and media is recycled and sent off site as necessary
Monitor, manage and resolve regular file archival and purge as necessary
Create, change and delete user accounts per request
Provide Tier III/other support per request from various constituencies. Investigate and troubleshoot issues
Repair and recover from hardware or software failures. Coordinate and communicate with impacted constituencies
Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities. Configure/add new services as necessary

Proactively monitor servers, storage, applications and services
Deploy hardware, O/S and application patches/updates utilizing best practices
DNS and DHCP administration including adding removing and modifying entries in zones and scope
Solid working knowledge of Windows registry, file and folder security, local/domain user security, GPOs and operating system
VMware administration including creation of guests, adding hosts and knowledge if DRS and HA configurations
Citrix architecture and administration experience
